Recommended Use: When you have a minute: Apply to problematic areas (hips, abdomen, buttocks, thighs) and massage gently with circular motions. When you have five minutes: Begin with an all-over body scrub with Progressif Anti-age Le Corps Renovating Exfoliating Cream to remove dead skin cells and facilitate the absorption of the serum. Apply the Serum with circular movements, starting at the ankles and gradually moving upwards to the hips. Next, massage the inner and outer thighs with the pinch-and-roll technique: using both hands, pinch a fold of skin to knee level and gradually move up to the hips. End by applying the Sculpt Serum to the abdomen with clockwise circular movements.
