Recommended Use: When you only have a minute: Apply to the entire body after showering by using broad, circular motions and gradually working upwards. Ideal for daily skincare, a single application firms and moisturizes simultaneously. When you have five minutes: Start with an all-over body exfoliation with Progressif Anti-Age Le Corps Renovating Exfoliating Cream to eliminate dead skin cells and heighten the effectiveness of the emulsion. Then apply the Firming Hydration Emulsion to the entire body using circular motions, starting from the ankles and gradually moving upwards. Continue working upwards, giving the inner and outer thighs and arms a "pinch and roll" massage. End with a circular clockwise massage of the stomach.
